The Punjab government has increased service charges for several land record services. The revised fee structure has taken immediate effect across the province. Moreover, all Land Record Centers must implement the updated rates without delay.
The new charges apply to property-related services offered through Land Record Centers. Officials said the revised fees cover several commonly requested land documents.
Revised Charges For Land Record Services
Under the updated schedule, an express copy of a Fard, mutation, or Girdawari now costs Rs 4,000. Meanwhile, a standard copy of these documents is available for Rs 900.
The government has also fixed the Green Property Certificate fee at Rs800. In addition, citizens must pay Rs 5,000 for a copy of land records. A registered sale deed copy will now cost Rs 1,400.
Officials confirmed that the revised charges became effective immediately. Therefore, every Land Record Center must collect fees according to the updated notification.
PLRA Continues Digital Land Record Services
The Punjab Land Records Authority continues providing digital land record services across the province. Citizens can obtain ownership documents through its network of service centers.
Additionally, the authority issues mutation records and several other property-related certificates. The digital system aims to improve access to land records while reducing processing delays. Residents can visit designated centers to request services under the revised fee structure.
The updated charges apply to all relevant government offices handling land and property matters. Consequently, applicants should expect the revised rates during every eligible transaction. Authorities urged citizens to check the latest fee schedule before submitting applications.ย
The revised structure seeks to standardise service charges throughout Punjab. However, officials have not announced any further changes to existing land record procedures or documentation requirements.
