According to sources, Rawalpindi is likely to host the opening phase. Matches are proposed for October 18, 20, and 22.
Pakistan, England, and Sri Lanka are expected to participate in the series. However, officials have yet to confirm the final schedule.
Rawalpindi Likely to Host Opening Matches
Sources said the second phase is proposed for October 25, 27, and 29. Organisers plan to stage these matches before the tournament finale.
Meanwhile, Lahore is expected to host the final on November 1. The match would conclude the multi-nation competition.
Cricket boards from the three participating nations are currently holding consultations. Therefore, organisers will announce the final schedule after reaching an agreement.
Sri Lanka Tour Plans Also Under Discussion
Sri Lanka is also scheduled to tour Pakistan for a bilateral series. The tour will include two Test matches and three T20 internationals.
In addition, officials are discussing venues and dates for the Sri Lanka series. These consultations aim to finalise arrangements well before the tour begins.
The proposed tri-nation tournament is expected to provide valuable preparation opportunities. Fans are now awaiting official confirmation from the respective cricket boards.
