Pakistan Reinsurance Company Limited (PRCL) has announced job opportunities for fresh graduates. The positions offer a minimum monthly stipend of Rs. 70,000.
The public-sector company operates under the Ministry of Commerce, Government of Pakistan. It seeks Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) through a one-year training program.
PRCL has announced 10 positions under the recruitment drive. Interested candidates must submit applications by August 25, 2026.
Applicants must also meet the age requirement for the positions. The maximum age limit stands at 27 years on the closing date.
Eligibility Criteria For Fresh Graduates
Fresh graduates with a Master’s degree or four-year Bachelor’s degree can apply. Their qualification must represent 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institution.
Eligible fields include insurance, business administration, economics, commerce, finance, accounting, and public administration. Candidates from computer science, information technology, mathematics, statistics, and human resources can also apply.
Applicants must have at least 50% marks to qualify. Alternatively, candidates need a minimum 2.0 CGPA out of 4.0.

Interested candidates must apply online through the OTS website. They must complete the registration and application form for PRCL Management Trainee Officer recruitment.
Applicants must pay the prescribed fee through 1-Bill Payment using their generated PSID. They must also upload scanned copies of required documents.
These documents include educational certificates, both sides of the CNIC, and domicile certificates. Candidates should also provide experience letters where applicable.
