Nawaz Sharif, leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), has claimed that any disparaging, false, or misleading statements attributed to him towards Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif are completely false. Nawaz Sharif wrote on Twitter that the comments were “negative, deceptive, and wrong.”
In a tweet sent late Thursday, he expressed optimism that SS’s “sincere and persistent work under the most extreme conditions will bear fruit” and that the country would be “steered out of the disaster created by Imran Khan.”

On Thursday’s episode of Geo News’ “Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Sath,” senior analyst Suhail Warraich revealed that Nawaz Sharif is unhappy with both Shehbaz Sharif and Finance Minister Miftah Ismail’s performance. According to Warraich, Nawaz has requested that Shehbaz evaluate his policies.
