Islamabad High Court dismisses request to ban Nawaz’s speeches

Chief Justice Islamabad Athar Manullah issued 5 paged written order in which he disposed of the request to ban Nawaz Sharif’s speeches, today.

The High Court rejected the request saying,

“There are alternate forums present for entertaining such requests”

The Chief Justice adjudged the matter inadmissible by saying,

“The requester could not convince the court on what sort of his rights were being infringed”
