ISLAMABAD: Imran Khan, Pakistan’s former prime minister, will address the nation via social media this afternoon.
Ahead of the party chairman’s speech, the PTI social media team has been tasked with preparation.
In the past, party leaders conducted a significant meeting of the political committee, where they discussed the state of the country’s general political position.
The planned public demonstration at the Minar-e-Pakistan, scheduled for April 21, was explained to the attendees.
Officials have been instructed to be at the location on time with their caravans, as per the instructions issued.
During the event, former Prime Minister Imran Khan said the country has no option but to give its citizens a shot at a better future through free and fair voting.
As he put it, “people safeguard a country’s sovereignty and democracy.” There would be no future leaders who will dare to face external pressure if a change of government is approved through conspiracy.
Imran was adamant that the entire country was unified and ready to fight for its independence and self-rule.
The PTI head is expected to unveil a strategy for the Minar-e-Pakistan Jalsa, according to reports.
