Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan Maleeka Bukhari had a minor injury during the NA session Brawl. Heated words were exchanged between PTI’s Ali Nawaz Awan and PML’s lawmakers.
Lawmakers shout, whistle, and use abusive language in order to drown out Shabaz Sharif’s voice and make a hindrance in his speech on the Federal budget.
PTI MNA Maleek Bokhari injured during such a chaotic NA session on Tuesday, lawmakers came across abusive language and the situation reached a boiling point when a member of treasury benches threw a book toward Shabaz Shareef.
State Minister for Information Farrukh Habib shared a video on Twitter where Maleeka’s treatment can be seen.
Farrukh Habib Said, she was injured by a book which was thrown at her by PML-N MNA during the session, he also said, PMN(N) workers have no respect for female colleagues.
Sidra Imran who is a Member Provincial Assembly of Sindh (MPA) took it to Twitter and said, “PTI also protests in opposition but doesn’t resort to hooliganism like PPP & PMLN. I strongly condemn the physical attack and abuses hurled on PTI women in NA today. #PTISisterhood We women will stand against the PPP & PMLN mafias !! I condemn the attack on @MalBokhari @KanwalMna.”

During the speech of Shabaz Shareef on the federal budget, ministers start making disturbances and used unethical language and whistling for the opposition party and meanwhile they start attacking each other with the budget book.
In such a situation, one of the members from treasury benches threw a budget book to Shabaz Shareef, and after that physical scuffle was started between them in front of NA speaker Asad Qaiser but he couldn’t do anything except making requests and suspending the proceeding time and again.
The security staff of NA tried to keep them apart from each other in order to minimize the chaotic situation in NA.
Members of the opposition party encircled their leader Shabaz Shareef in order to protect him from any attack. moreover, one of the members of security staff was minute injured when the book hit him close to his eye.
During the messy situations, members from both sides used insulting language and some government members were seen standing on seats, throwing books, and raising unethical slogans.
Video on social media is viral, where PTI’s Ali Nawaz Awan was abusing opponent party members. According to PTI members, Shaikh Rohail was the first man who uses abusive language.
Speaker of Asad Qaiser took serious notice of such disorder and unprofessional attitude in the NA session.
“The non-parliamentary attitude adopted by members from the government and the opposition benches and objectionable language used by them is condemnable and disappointing.”
The speaker said.
He ordered for an investigation and those members who used unethical and intolerable languages would not be allowed to enter the house on Wednesday.
