The Anti-Terrorism Court has directed that Imran Khan, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), be allowed to meet with his children and receive books without delay.
At a recent hearing addressing issues related to Khan’s access to reading materials and communication restrictions with his children, the court approved both of his requests. The prison authorities have been instructed to ensure that books are delivered to Khan promptly.
Additionally, the court emphasized the importance of enabling communication with his children ahead of Eid, recognizing the religious significance of the occasion. The ruling stated, “Considering the religious importance of Eid, the petitioner must be allowed to communicate with his children without delay.”
