Ticket Distribution
PML-N’s Khawaja Asif revealed that the party plans to grant election tickets to politicians who supported the PDM’s no-confidence vote against former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Speaking on Faisla Aap Ka with Asma Shiraz, Asif stated that these individuals were informed before the media, confirming their candidacy for the upcoming elections.
Highlighting the significant role of electables in Balochistan’s politics, Asif acknowledged their substantial influence in their respective constituencies. He expressed a desire for leadership from the middle class to emerge in Balochistan and advocated for the continuity of Dr. Malik’s government in the province.

Asif emphasized the pragmatic need for political parties to collaborate with electables until the dynamics of Pakistan’s politics undergo change and nationalist parties in all provinces actively engage in mainstream politics.
Regarding alliances with other political parties, Asif preferred a collaborative approach over confrontation, citing Nawaz Sharif’s efforts to bring everyone on board through initiatives like the Charter of Democracy with former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
Addressing the situation in Gaza, Asif criticized Muslim leaders for inaction while Palestinians suffer. He clarified that his opposition was against Zionism, not Jews, and accused Imran Khan of supporting a Zionist candidate in the election for the Mayor of London against Sadiq Khan.
Responding to a question on election delays, Asif saw no reason for postponing elections in the country. He attributed the recent two-month delay to the census and delimitation process, expressing confusion about PTI-Parliamentarian’s desire to further delay elections.
