The Parks and Horticulture Authority (PHA) has prepared a plan to restore and renovate 808 parks across Lahore.
PHA Managing Director Ahmed Usman Javaid said the initiative will improve recreational spaces for citizens. He added that students and civil society will participate in the restoration process.
According to the managing director, public involvement will help make parks more attractive and accessible. The authority also plans several measures to improve tree care across the city.

Ahmed Usman Javaid also discussed preparations for Independence Day celebrations across Lahore. He said the authority will celebrate the occasion with enthusiasm.
