Inevitable Humiliation
The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) announced that the military’s top brass reaffirmed their commitment to humiliate hostile propagandists during the 259th Corps Commanders’ Conference (CCC) presided over by Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir at the General Headquarters, Rawalpindi.
The CCC honored the sacrifices of the armed forces, LEAs, and citizens who laid down their lives for the country’s safety, security and territorial integrity.

Pakistan Army reiterated its resolve to defend the nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity against all forms of direct and indirect threats and warned desperate Anti-State Elements that they will face inevitable humiliation.
General Munir emphasized the importance of maintaining high standards of professionalism and motivation during operations and achieving excellence in training for the formations.
The forum restated its commitment to support ongoing efforts to uplift socioeconomic growth through the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) and to assist the government in curbing all illegal activities that hinder economic stability, growth, and investor confidence.
Participants received briefings on the prevailing geo-strategic environment, challenges to national security, and the army’s strategy in response to the evolving threat.
Early Elections Possible Before Jan-Feb 2024: PM Kakar
Moreover, Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar stated in an interview with a local TV channel that the general elections in the country could occur before January-February 2024.
However, he reiterated that the Election Commission of Pakistan held the authority to determine the election date. Kakar emphasized their readiness to prepare for free and fair elections once the date is announced.
If the Supreme Court issues an election-related order, the caretaker government will adhere to it, he assured.
