Chinese video-sharing and live-streaming platform Bilibili has reportedly enabled Pakistani users to create accounts without using a VPN, proxy or region-changing service. The platform, often described as China’s version of YouTube, allows users to create channels, upload videos and build audiences.
Pakistani users can register with the +92 country code and their mobile numbers. To sign up, users need to select Pakistan, enter their number without the initial zero, complete the captcha and verify the code sent to their phones.
How Pakistani Users Can Upload Videos
After registration, users can access the Personal Center to add their name, profile picture, date of birth, gender and other details. They can also activate email verification and two-factor authentication for additional account security.
Users can upload content through the Contribute and Video Submission sections. Before publishing or scheduling videos, creators can add titles, thumbnails, tags and descriptions while following Bilibili’s content requirements.
Creators Can Track Views And Earnings
Bilibili provides a data centre where creators can monitor views, followers, likes and other performance statistics. Revenue information is available through the platform’s revenue management section, with earnings displayed in Chinese yuan.
Withdrawal options become available after creators meet applicable requirements or thresholds. However, payment methods for Pakistani users depend on Bilibili’s current policies and the services available in Pakistan.
Pakistani creators can therefore register, upload content and build audiences without relying on VPNs or proxies, subject to Bilibili’s registration and content policies.
