V Responds to Pakistani Fan on Weverse
Pakistani BTS fans erupted with excitement after Kim Taehyung, better known as V, responded directly to a fan from Pakistan on Weverse.
The fan invited the K-pop star to visit the country. V replied with a question that immediately captured attention: would Pakistani fans prepare biryani and karahi for him if he came?
Screenshots of the exchange quickly spread across X, Instagram, Threads and other social platforms. Fans celebrated the fact that the global music star appeared familiar with two of Pakistan’s most popular dishes.
For many Pakistani members of BTS ARMY, the response felt more significant than an ordinary celebrity comment. They viewed it as a rare moment of direct recognition from one of the world’s biggest music stars.
The exchange also renewed calls for BTS to visit Pakistan or include the country in a future international tour. However, V did not announce any confirmed trip, concert or official schedule for Pakistan.
Fans Promise Biryani, Karahi and a Full Pakistani Feast
Fans immediately promised to prepare biryani and karahi if V ever visits Pakistan. Some shared photographs and videos of freshly cooked meals, while others began suggesting additional dishes he should try.
Social media users recommended kebabs, chapli kebabs, nihari, haleem, pulao, barbecue, traditional desserts and regional food from across the country.
Many fans also jokingly treated V’s comment as evidence that biryani and karahi belonged exclusively to Pakistan. The playful declarations revived familiar online arguments about the history and regional identity of South Asian food.
V’s question does not settle those culinary debates. However, his reference to both dishes gave Pakistani fans an opportunity to celebrate the country’s food culture before an international audience.
Karahi is closely associated with Pakistani restaurants, roadside food outlets and family gatherings. Biryani also holds a major place in the country’s culinary culture, with different versions found in Karachi, Lahore, Hyderabad and other cities.
The dishes are frequently served at weddings, celebrations and special gatherings. Fans therefore joked that cooking them for V would be the most natural Pakistani response to his visit.
V’s Other Comments Reveal a Food-Focused Mood
Fans later discovered that Pakistan was not the only country V discussed through food during his Weverse interactions.
He reportedly told a fan that he could visit Türkiye if kebabs were offered. He also asked a Bangladeshi follower about the country’s best food. These exchanges suggested that the singer was exploring different cultures through their cuisine.
The comments added humour to the viral moment. Some fans concluded that V was simply hungry, while others began competing to present the most attractive national menu.
The conversation also demonstrated the influence of Weverse, where artists can communicate directly with international followers. A brief response can quickly travel beyond the platform and become a major online trend.
Pakistani ARMY accounts continued sharing the exchange throughout the day. Many described it as an unforgettable moment and hoped that V’s interest in local food could eventually lead to a real visit.
For now, there is no official confirmation that V or BTS plans to travel to Pakistan. Still, fans have made one promise clear: should he ever arrive, there will be no shortage of biryani, karahi or enthusiastic hosts.
