ISLAMABAD: The federal government has introduced a digital complaint system for citizens experiencing problems with the petrol relief scheme, allowing users to register complaints and monitor their progress through the PAK app.
According to the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication, the new facility aims to simplify the complaint process and provide citizens with a digital channel for reporting issues related to the scheme.
Previously, people facing difficulties could encounter challenges in determining where to lodge their complaints or how to follow their status. The new system brings complaint registration and tracking together within the government’s PAK application.
Users Can Submit Petrol Station Details Through App
To register a complaint, citizens must open the PAK app and select the fuel complaint option.
Users can then provide details explaining the problem they encountered and enter relevant information about the petrol station concerned. After completing the required fields, they can submit the complaint digitally through the application.
Furthermore, the system allows users to track the progress of their complaints after submission, providing greater visibility into how their cases are being handled.
The ministry said the process was designed to make complaint registration easier while improving monitoring and responses for people experiencing difficulties under the petrol relief scheme.
Digital Tracking Aims to Improve Complaint Handling
The initiative provides citizens with a centralised mechanism to report problems without relying solely on conventional complaint channels.
