The hospital is hiring for the following roles:
- Optometrist: Applicants need a BS degree in Optometry or Vision Sciences, or a relevant orthoptics qualification. They must have at least two years of clinical experience.
- Radiology Technologist: Candidates must hold a BS degree in Radiography and Imaging Technology or Medical Imaging Technology. They also need two years of experience in fluoroscopy and X-ray procedures.
- Ultrasound Assistant (Male): Applicants must have a nursing diploma or a relevant qualification, along with at least one year of experience.
- Nursing Assistant – IV Cannulation (Male): Candidates need a Nursing Assistant diploma and at least one year of relevant work experience.
Eligibility Requirements
Candidates applying for the optometrist role should have practical skills in spectacle prescription, squint assessment, retinoscopy and low-vision aids. The position also requires experience in assessing children’s vision, alongside communication and counselling skills.
Radiology applicants must demonstrate relevant experience in fluoroscopy and X-ray procedures. Candidates applying for either assistant position should meet the specified educational and experience requirements. Applicants should review the requirements carefully before selecting a position.
