The National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) has uncovered an international child exploitation network involving the production and sale of child sexual abuse material.
Officials revealed on Sunday, October 25, 2026, that a father allegedly created and sold abusive videos involving his own children, aged four and five.
NCCIA Arrests Suspect in International Child Abuse Network
NCCIA Additional Director Mohammad Shoaib Khan disclosed the findings during a press conference in Islamabad.
He said the accused allegedly distributed the material through private Telegram groups and received payments using cryptocurrency.
Investigators identified the suspected network leader as a resident of Skardu. Authorities arrested him with assistance from international agencies.
Officials also recovered important evidence from Islamabad, Multan, and southern Punjab. Further raids are underway to apprehend additional suspects.
Four More Arrested as Child Exploitation Investigation Expands
In another case, NCCIA arrested four suspected network members after examining approximately 60 videos recovered from a child’s mobile phone.
Investigators alleged that suspects approached children aged six to 14 through Instagram. They reportedly offered money before exploiting victims and distributing abusive material internationally.
Meanwhile, authorities arrested another suspect in Islamabad within 13 hours following a complaint involving prolonged harassment of a minor girl from Karachi.
The victim reportedly attempted suicide and remains hospitalized.
NCCIA Director General Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi has ordered stricter action against online harassment targeting women and children.
According to UNICEF findings, approximately 1.5 million Pakistani children experienced online sexual abuse within one year.
Officials urged families to report suspicious online activity immediately.
Victims can contact NCCIA’s 24-hour cybercrime helpline at 1799.
