ISLAMABAD: To promote patriotism and respect the national heroes, Acting President Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani has suggested the establishment of “Yaad Gaar-e-Shuhada” (Memorials of Matyred Heroes) in Islamabad and every provincial capital city in the country.
In a letter written to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the acting President said that “Shuhada” (Martyred soldiers) are assets of the nation. They have sacrificed their lives to protect their motherland and their people as well.

Sajid Sanjrani said that the martyrdoms of our brave national heroes are unforgettable.
Therefore, he suggested that the federal and provincial governments must establish “Yaad Gaar-e-Shuhada” in every capital city.
Sanjrani also proposed that the portraits and pictures of our martyred national heroes should be displayed at public places such as main roads, railway stations, airports, and educational institutions.

The acting President said, “This strategy will help us to tell the world that ‘we respect a lot our martyred heroes.”
He also said that this strategic approach will promote patriotism in the people and also create awareness about the mission of ‘our heroes’.
The acting President hoped that the Prime Minister of Pakistan would take his suggestions seriously and order their immediate implementation.
