Nazeeran Bibi, a senior citizen from Karachi who had travelled to Makkah with her husband to undertake Umrah, went missing.
The couple Muhammad Hanif and Nazeeran had fled Pakistan on August 26.
After completing Tawaf during the Hajj, Hanif claimed he lost track of his wife at the Great Mosque of Makkah. Despite properly notifying the mosque management, Nazeeran couldn’t be found, according to The News.
A University of Karachi accounts officer’s mother is the missing woman. In an effort to find his missing mother, he has pleaded with the Pakistani government to send a special request to Saudi Arabia’s authorities.
He has also asked anyone with information about his mother’s whereabouts to get in touch with him via his mobile numbers, 0346-3562600 and 0316-6663737.
