QUETTA/ISLAMABAD: Quetta police reported one casualty in a blast at Sipny Road on Wednesday night.
The police teams rushed to the blast site following the explosion. Police officials have also cordoned off the area.
According to available information, police teams have launched a search operation in the area.
Meanwhile, the officials of the Bomb Disposal Squad are also inspecting the surroundings of the blast site.
The police officials claimed that the deceased could be the terrorist who blew himself up. However, they are investigating the blast to get further details.
Pakistan Asks Afghanistan To Collect The Bodies Of Three Terrorists Involved In The Zhob Cantt Attack
Foreign Ministry spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch announced that three terrorists involved in the Zhob Cantt attack have been identified as Afghan nationals from Kandahar province.
The Foreign Office spokesperson asked the Afghan Embassy in Islamabad to receive the bodies of these Afghan terrorists.
Mumtaz Zahra Baloch expressed concern over the involvement of Afghans in terrorist activities within Pakistan. On July 12th, the terrorists attacked a checkpost in the Zhob Cantonment area. In this attack, five terrorists lost their lives while five soldiers embraced martyrdom. Some soldiers sustained critical injuries, and died later on, bringing the total number of martyrs to nine.
The attack occurred when terrorists targeted a checkpoint in Zhob Cantonment. Resulting in the death of five terrorists during the operation.
