According to the authorities, Ijaz, the primary suspect, was apprehended during a raid on Wednesday. The other two suspects remained at large. In recent years, Peshawar has seen a spate of attacks on transgender people. Many of them were hurt in the attacks, and a couple of them died. Some of the attacks were committed by the victims’ “friends.”
