Jaffar Express Attack: Suicide bombers are Holding females and children for Human Shields

Terrorists who attacked the Jaffar Express in Balochistan’s Bolan region on Tuesday afternoon are holding dozens of passengers hostage and using them as human shields, security sources confirmed.

Among the attackers are suicide bombers, with at least one positioned next to passengers, making the ongoing rescue operation extremely delicate. Security forces are proceeding with caution to ensure the safety of the hostages, sources reported on Wednesday morning.

Intelligence reports suggest that the attackers are in contact with their masterminds in Afghanistan. Security forces have surrounded the militants, leading to ongoing exchanges of gunfire. By Wednesday morning, at least 27 terrorists had been eliminated, sources confirmed.

In the wake of the attack, anti-Pakistan social media activity has surged, with misleading propaganda being circulated. Some accounts have shared old footage and AI-generated content, while Indian media is amplifying narratives from self-exiled Baloch leaders.

Authorities have urged the public to rely on credible sources for accurate updates as security forces continue their efforts to neutralize the attackers and rescue the hostages.
