ISLAMABAD: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar spoke by phone with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan and Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi, firmly rejecting India’s recent allegations against Pakistan as baseless.

Dar briefed both counterparts on the latest developments in Pakistan-India relations, warning of the dangers of any further escalatory moves by New Delhi. He expressed appreciation for Iran’s diplomatic efforts to help de-escalate regional tensions.

In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), Dar noted that he and Prince Faisal agreed to maintain close coordination and consultations on regional affairs. During his call with Araghchi, Dar also extended his best wishes for the upcoming Iran-US dialogue scheduled in Muscat on Saturday.
