Holidays Scheduled from October 31 to November 2

The Government of Balochistan announced a public holiday for Hindu government employees from October 31 to November 2, coinciding with the Diwali festival. This initiative reflects the government’s commitment to fostering religious harmony and inclusivity within the province.

In its statement, the provincial government emphasized the significance of Diwali, also known as the Festival of Lights, celebrated by Hindus globally. Additionally, the government ensured that salaries for Hindu employees were released on October 24, enabling them to celebrate this special occasion with their families and communities.
