According to security sources, the suspects are residents of Karachi, Sanghar, Quetta, Pishin, Qila Abdullah, and Swat. They are alleged to have used social media platforms to post inflammatory material undermining state institutions and promoting dissent.

Law enforcement has initiated legal proceedings against the suspects and is pursuing other individuals involved in similar activities. Officials emphasized the importance of maintaining law and order, stating, “We will take stringent action against anyone spreading propaganda against the government or state institutions.”

The authorities are focusing on curbing the misuse of social media platforms to spread misinformation and provoke unrest. This crackdown aims to promote a responsible digital environment and safeguard public trust in state institutions.

Security sources have highlighted the growing concern over the spread of false information and its impact on public stability. Efforts are being intensified to identify and hold accountable those using online platforms to incite unrest or spread anti-state narratives.

This initiative reflects the government’s commitment to tackling the challenges posed by the misuse of digital platforms and ensuring national security. Officials also reassured the public of their intent to uphold freedom of expression while taking decisive action against individuals abusing these freedoms to harm the country’s stability.

The government’s stance underscores the significance of a balanced approach to online freedom and national security, aiming to protect the country from internal and external threats while fostering a safe digital space for all.
