The NADRA Biker Service allows citizens to apply for or update their Computerized National Identity Cards (CNIC) without having to visit NADRA offices. Launched earlier this year, this service aims to eliminate the long queues and time-consuming processes typically associated with NADRA centers. Currently available in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, there are plans to expand it to other cities soon.
To use the Biker Service, citizens can schedule an appointment by calling NADRA at 1777 and speaking with a representative. A biker will then come to their home or office to process the application.
The service costs Rs 1,500 for new CNICs, which includes a Rs 1,000 service fee. Payments can be made via card or cash. Once the CNIC is ready, it will be delivered directly to the applicant’s doorstep, ensuring a convenient experience without the need for office visits.
