Margalla Enclave
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) and the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) have jointly announced the launch of Margalla Enclave, an ambitious residential project set to redefine urban living in Islamabad.
A spokesperson for the CDA, speaking to the Associated Press of Pakistan (APP), described Margalla Enclave as a modern and strategically located venture designed to cater to Islamabad’s growing demand for high-quality residential spaces.
The project boasts a contemporary design and offers flexible payment plans, making it accessible to a wide range of investors and homeowners.
Margalla Enclave will provide residential plots in three sizes: 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal, catering to families of different needs and financial capabilities. Payment plans are available in one-year, two-year, and three-year options, ensuring greater flexibility for buyers.
CDA Chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa hailed the collaboration between CDA and DHA as a major milestone in Islamabad’s urban development landscape. He emphasized that the partnership guarantees a secure investment and a superior living experience within a meticulously planned community.
The enclave is designed with state-of-the-art infrastructure, modern utilities, and an emphasis on sustainability. With ample green spaces, the development aims to foster a healthy and environmentally friendly lifestyle for its residents.
Interested buyers can access detailed information and application guidelines on the official CDA website.
This announcement comes on the heels of the success of CDA’s Sector C-14, which received an overwhelmingly positive response during its recent balloting process.
The CDA has urged successful allottees of Sector C-14 to confirm their plot allocations by submitting the first installment. Development in Sector C-14 is progressing rapidly, and possession will be granted upon completion of the final installment.
Margalla Enclave marks another step forward in Islamabad’s urban growth, offering modern amenities, strategic location, and a promise of quality living that reflects the city’s evolving housing needs.
