ISLAMABAD: Federal Ministers in Shehbaz Sharif’s government have been assigned specific portfolios as follows:
- Khawaja Muhammad Asif, MNA – Oversees Defence, Defence Production, and Aviation.
- Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Senator – Foreign Affairs Minister.
- Ahsan Iqbal Chaudry, MNA – Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives.
- Rana Tanveer Hussain, MNA – Industries and Production.
- Azam Nazeer Tarar, Senator – Law, Justice, and Human Rights.
- Chaudhry Salik Hussain, MNA – Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development.
- Abdul Aleem Khan, MNA – Privatisation and the Board of Investment.
- Jam Kamal Khan, MNA – Commerce.
- Amir Muqam, MNA – States and Frontier Regions, as well as National Heritage and Culture.
- Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari, MNA – Railways.

Khawaja Asif, Dar, Ahsan Iqbal, Azam Nazeer Tarar, and Musadik Malik are notable returnees to their respective positions. While speculations surrounded the allocation of portfolios, it is confirmed that all aforementioned ministers, except Dar, will retain their previous roles.
