QUETTA: The Balochistan government has released details about nine most wanted female terrorists. The government also offered head money for information leading to their arrest.
Authorities said the women allegedly belong to Fitna al-Hindustan and remain wanted in connection with terrorist activities in the province.
The provincial government announced cash rewards ranging from Rs1 million to Rs1.5 million for credible information about the suspects.
Officials also assured citizens that they would keep the identities of informants strictly confidential.
Public urged to share information
The government provided contact numbers for citizens who can share information about the wanted women.
Authorities asked residents to contact Makran Madadgar at 1244 with any information that could help law enforcement agencies locate the suspects.
According to officials, the wanted women are associated with Gwadar, Jiwani and Turbat in Balochistan’s Makran region.
The names released by authorities include Hanifan Bibi, Ayesha, Ruqqaya, Hafsa, Zuhra, Ameena Bani, Zarmeen and Azizan.
The government said most of the listed women carry a head money of Rs1 million each.
However, authorities placed a higher reward of Rs1.5 million on Azizan for information leading to her arrest.
Authorities warn against direct confrontation
Meanwhile, officials urged citizens not to confront or attempt to apprehend the wanted women themselves.
Instead, authorities directed people to immediately share relevant information with the designated authorities through the provided contact channel.
The government said maintaining confidentiality would encourage citizens to assist law enforcement without fearing reprisals.
Officials reiterated that credible information could help authorities locate and arrest the suspects while protecting informants from exposure.
The announcement comes as Balochistan authorities continue efforts to counter militant networks and improve security across the province.
