Actress Sadia Imam has revealed why veteran actress Meera left Tamasha 5 shortly after entering the reality show.
Meera joined the show as a wildcard contestant. Her entry created excitement among viewers because of her long career in the Pakistani film industry.
However, her stay was brief. Her sudden departure left viewers wondering what prompted her early exit.
Meera Struggled Without a Script
Speaking during a recent television appearance, Sadia Imam recalled a conversation with Meera after she left the show.
Sadia said she asked Meera why she had quit so early. She reminded her that Meera had previously said she wanted to win the competition.
According to Sadia, Meera explained that she was used to working with scripts and prepared dialogues in films.
She reportedly told Sadia that the unscripted environment inside the Tamasha house was difficult for her.
‘There Was No Script’
Sadia recalled Meera jokingly asking her to write a script so she could continue in the show.
Sadia said she found Meera’s response amusing. She also explained that contestants cannot use phones inside the house, making such an arrangement impossible.
The actress said she appreciated Meera’s innocence but was surprised by her reaction to the reality-show format.
Sadia Praises Laila’s Performance
Sadia also praised fellow contestant Laila for her participation in the show.
She said Laila had actively taken part in discussions and addressed a wide range of topics inside the house.
Meera’s brief appearance has now become another talking point among Tamasha 5 viewers, particularly because of her established film career.
