Another horrific incident of violence against women resulted in the murder of the victim’s wife for being late with meal delivery.
The tragic incident, according to Indian media sites, happened in the Noida neighbourhood of Uttar Pradesh last week, and the police have arrested the culprit, Anuj Kumar.
According to the police, the man was a rickshaw driver. Last Monday after work, he found that dinner had not yet been cooked, which resulted in a fight with his deceased wife Khushboo.
As a result, the husband took a Tawa and hit his wife in the head, instantly killing her.
After neighbours called the police, they arrived on the spot of the incident.
