BERLIN: Lenovo has unveiled its Yoga Tab Gen 2 and Yoga Tab Plus Gen 2 at IFA 2026, introducing two premium Android tablets aimed at productivity, entertainment and creative users.
The Yoga Tab Gen 2 features an 11.1-inch 4K display with a 144Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of 1,100 nits. Lenovo powers the tablet with MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500s chipset and offers 8GB or 12GB RAM alongside 128GB or 256GB expandable storage.
Moreover, an 11,000mAh battery supports 68W charging, while the tablet weighs 480 grams and measures 8.56mm thick.
Yoga Tab Plus Gen 2 Brings Larger Display
Meanwhile, the Yoga Tab Plus Gen 2 features a 13-inch 4K PureSight Pro display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1,100 nits peak brightness.
Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite platform powers the device, while buyers can choose between 12GB and 16GB RAM and 256GB or 512GB expandable storage.
Additionally, Lenovo has equipped the Plus model with a 12,700mAh battery, 68W charging, six speakers and multiple front and rear cameras.
Both tablets support Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 and USB-C 3.2 Gen 1 connectivity.
Lenovo Promises Seven Years of Software Support
Lenovo says both tablets will receive seven major Android OS upgrades and seven years of security updates. They ship with Android 17 and are expected to remain supported through Android 24, with security updates continuing until 2033.
Furthermore, Lenovo will offer optional magnetic keyboards and the Tab Pen Pro 2 stylus, alongside AI-focused productivity and creative features.
The Yoga Tab Gen 2 starts at $729, while the Yoga Tab Plus Gen 2 starts at $999. Lenovo plans to begin sales this month.
