A meal at a restaurant in Karachi turned chaotic as two families clashed over a minor dispute, with the incident captured on video and rapidly going viral on social media. The confrontation occurred in the Defence area when one family attempted to take a chair from a nearby table, leading to a heated verbal exchange that escalated into a physical brawl involving both men and women.
According to police, the altercation took place inside a private restaurant on Khayaban-e-Sehar. When officers arrived at the scene, they intervened and brought both families to the station for questioning.
Among those involved was Iqbal Memon, a senior official with the Sindh Home Department. Authorities are currently investigating the exact cause of the dispute, and reports indicate that one of the families was later released from the station following initial questioning.
