Karachi (INP) has forecast heatwave in Karachi since March 30. According to details, the Meteorological Department has forecast heatwave in Karachi since March 30 in hot weather. In Karachi, instructions have been issued to take precautionary measures for the citizens during the heatwave.

During the heat wave, citizens should avoid going out from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. People are advised to stay away from spicy foods for a few days. During the heat wave, yogurt, buttermilk and barley drink are beneficial for the citizens. Eat watermelon and melon which helps in compensating for the dehydration in the body.

If you need to get out of the house, cover your head and go out. Wear light-colored clothes. Stay away from the rush and in a shady place as much as possible and use an umbrella to protect yourself from the sun. Stay safe anyway.
