Arrest Case
The Rawalpindi Bench of the Lahore High Court presided over a petition concerning the detention of Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed.
During the hearing, the Chief of the Awami Muslim League, Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed, addressed the court and extended forgiveness to the Chief Police Officer (CPO) and all police personnel connected to his arrest.

His forgiveness was grounded in his faith, stating he forgave his accusers “for the sake of Allah,” signifying his willingness to pardon those involved in his arrest.
Following this act of forgiveness, the court promptly concluded the case. The proceedings were overseen by Justice Sadaqat Ali Khan of the Islamabad High Court, with Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed personally appearing before the court.
Overall, In the arrest case, Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed, Awami Muslim League chief, forgave the CPO and involved police personnel in court.

ISLAMABAD: Military sources reported that Indian forces fired on Pakistani posts near Sialkot along the Working Boundary. While Inter-Services Public Relations, the military’s media wing, and local law enforcement provided no official statements, reports on social media, shared by locals, indicated heavy artillery fire heard along the India-Pakistan border in the Zafarwal sector.
The sources stated that the firing commenced after a drone attempted to intrude into Pakistani territory but was subsequently shot down by Pakistani forces.
In an attempt to mask the failed incursion, Indian forces initiated indiscriminate firing on Pakistani posts along the Working Boundary. It was reported that Pakistani forces responded strongly to Indian aggression.
During the night, various Pakistani users on X (formerly Twitter) posted videos containing the sounds of heavy gunfire and artillery fire, but independent verification was unavailable.
