Passport Fee
LAHORE: The Directorate General of Immigration & Passports, an attached department of the Ministry of Interior, issues passports to all eligible Pakistani citizens for international travel, provided they meet all requirements.
How To Apply
For the first-time passport acquisition, the applicant can visit the relevant passport office/foreign mission with the required documents.

Documents required for ages 18 and above
To provide proof of the prescribed passport fee payment, you should present either the Original Bank Paid Fee Challan (receipt) or the e-Payment Confirmation Detail (SMS/Email) containing the PSID No. Additionally, bring your original valid CNIC/NICOP along with a photocopy.
For individuals who have been issued a previous passport, they should bring it in its original form along with a photocopy. Government, semi-government, or autonomous body employees must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the relevant department.
Furthermore, dual-Nationals should provide their foreign passport along with a photocopy. In the case of a lost passport, individuals should bring a police report mentioning the previous passport number.
Documents required for ages under 18
To prove the payment of the prescribed passport fee, provide either the Original Bank Paid Fee Challan (receipt) or the e-Payment Confirmation Detail (SMS/Email) with the PSID No.
Include the Original Child Registration Certificate (CRC/Form “B”) or FRC (Family Registration Certificate) or Smart Card, along with a photocopy.
Present the original valid CNICs or Passports of both parents, along with photocopies (as per Passport Rules 2021).
In addition, the minor should be accompanied by one of their parents or a legal guardian appointed by the court of law. The parent/guardian must bring the original valid CNIC/NICOP, and in cases of separation or divorce, provide custody papers granted by the Court of Law.
If a passport application is submitted by one parent in the case of divorced or separated parents, explicit permission is required from the other parent, either in person or through a consent document on a duly attested non-judicial stamp paper (as per Passport Rules 2021).
However, for cases involving a guardian, present a guardianship certificate issued by the court of law. The appointed guardian must visit the Passport office with the minor, along with their original CNIC and its photocopy.
Also, dual Nationals should provide their foreign passport along with a photocopy.
If one of the parents has passed away, you should bring the original Death Certificate along with a photocopy.
Lastly, in the event of a lost passport, provide a Lost passport Police report mentioning the previous passport number.
September 2023 Update on Normal Passport Fees
As of September 2023, there have been no changes to the normal fees for 36-page, 72-page, and 100-page passports. The government has maintained the fee for a 36-page passport at Rs4,000, a 72-page passport at Rs6,500, and a 100-page passport at Rs7,000.
