The offer was made during a visit by the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman, Fahad Sulaiman Khalaf Al Kharusi, to the Prime Minister’s House on Friday, as per an official statement.
Prime Minister Shehbaz condemned the attack and expressed condolences while appreciating Oman’s prompt response and cooperation with the Pakistani mission in repatriating the deceased and treating the injured. The tragic incident claimed the lives of six individuals, including four Pakistani nationals, and injured over thirty, most of whom were Pakistanis.
Omani police reported that three suspects, all brothers and Omani nationals, were behind the attack. These individuals, influenced by “misguided ideas,” were killed while resisting security forces.
