ISLAMABAD: The Army Strategic Forces Command (ASFC) in Pakistan conducted a training launch of the Ghauri Weapon System to assess the readiness of their forces.
According to a statement from the Inter-Services Public Relations, the launch successfully tested the operational and technical readiness of the ASFC. The launch was witnessed by ASFC’s commander, senior officers from the strategic forces, as well as scientists and engineers from the strategic organization.
The statement mentioned that Commander ASFC praised the high standards of training and operational preparedness within the Army Strategic Forces, which was evident in the proficient handling of the Weapon System in the field and the successful achievement of operational and technical objectives.
Additionally, the statement noted that the President, Prime Minister of Pakistan, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, and Services Chiefs extended their congratulations to the troops, scientists, and engineers who participated in the training launch for its successful execution.
This test occurred shortly after the army revalidated the Ababeel weapon system.

Meanwhile, Nawaz Sharif personally appeared in the court of Judge Muhammad Bashir. Judge allowed former prime minister to leave the court after marking his attendance.
Later on, the accountability court judge confirmed Sharif’s bail and adjourned hearing till Nov 20, 2023.
Meanwhile, PML-N chief appeared in the Islamabad High Court on Tuesday in the Avenfield and Al-Azizia references filed by NAB.
Last week, Judge Muhammad Bashir granted interim bail to Nawaz Sharif in this case till October 24, 2023.
