The news of the PM tested positive came earlier and of the First lady came later. But have been quarantine at their residence. PM’s health is stated as OK by the Health Adviser. However, the details about the first lady are not primarily available.
In the wake of the current situation after testing positive, PM IK has quarantine himself in his house and is taking proper medication, said Dr Faisal.
PM and his staff are taking other measures for the safety of all staff and areas around him.
PM might have had exposure for last 6 d to 7 days, says Dr Abdul Bari Khan, another expert on the issue.
PM had taken a vaccine dose on March 18th and was already taking the situation seriously, as Islamabad had already very high infection rate in last couple of weeks.
The positive thing about him is that he just took vaccine and vaccine help develop antibodies within 2 to 3 weeks, said Dr Bari Khan.
After taking vaccine, coronavirus can not turn positive which means PM Khan’s covid was already there for last 6 or 7 days, when he participated in few official engagements and meetings.
After vaccination a patient can easily recover from the virus attack, so it was very lucky of him to have taken the vaccine before he was tested positive.
