Awaran Terrorist Battle
On Sunday, terrorists engaged in a firefight with security forces in the Khoro area of Awaran district, Balochistan, resulting in the martyrdom of two soldiers, as reported by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
The soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice were Naib Subedar Asif Irfan, aged 37, hailing from Okara district, and Sepoy Irfan Ali, aged 22, a resident of Sargodha district. During the exchange of fire, two terrorists were killed, and two others sustained injuries.

The ISPR also stated that the area was being sanitized to root out any remaining terrorists.
The statement emphasized the security forces’ unwavering determination to eliminate terrorism and underscored that the sacrifices of these brave soldiers only strengthen their resolve in this mission. Sirajul Haq, the leader of Jamaat-e-Islami, stated on Sunday that the youth was prepared to make sacrifices in support of Gaza, as thousands marched in Islamabad to express solidarity with the Palestinians. The rally was held in front of the US embassy in the capital.
He emphasized that the freedom of Bait-ul-Muqaddas, also known as the “Qibla Awwal,” is a matter of concern for every Muslim. According to the Gaza health ministry, the death toll from Israeli airstrikes has now surpassed 8,000.
The conflict began on October 7 when Hamas crossed the Gaza border, resulting in 1,400 casualties and the kidnapping of 230 others, according to Israeli officials.
