The Islamabad High Court ordered former prime minister Imran Khan to join the probe in the Al-Qadir Trust corruption case. The IHC gave this order a day after giving multiple bails to PTI chairman Imran Khan on Friday. The court issued its written order in the interim bail petition of Imran Khan in the Al-Qadir Trust case.
The IHC ordered Imran Khan before the investigation officer whenever required in this case.
According to the court order, if Imran Khan obstructs the investigation in the Al-Qadir Trust case, the National Accountability Bureau can seek cancellation of his bail from the court.

According to the IHC order, the advocate general and the additional attorney general said Article 245 of the Constitution is in force, and Imran Khan cannot get relief.
However, the court observed this stance of the advocate general and additional attorney general as aggressive. According to the order of the IHC, this stance means usurping fundamental rights.
Islamabad High Court today granted transitory bail to former prime minister Imran Khan till May 22. The transitory bail will enable Imran Khan to appear in court cases in Lahore.
IHC grants bail to Imran Khan in multiple cases
Justice Tariq Mahmood Jehangiri of the Islamabad High Court gave transitory bail to PTI chairman Imran Khan on Friday afternoon. The court granted transitory bail to Imran Khan in the murder case of PTI supporter Zille-Shah in Lahore.
Earlier, the Islamabad High Court granted two-week interim bail to former prime minister Imran Khan in the Al-Qadir Trust case on Friday.
The court said that Imran Khan will not be arrested in any new case registered against him after May 9, 2023. A division bench of the IHC comprising Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz granted interim bail.
The division bench of the IHC resumed the hearing of the case after the Friday prayer break and announced interim bail of Imran Khan at 3:10 noon.
Earlier, on Thursday, the Supreme Court of Pakistan declared the illegal arrest of Imran Khan on Thursday and allowed him to approach the Islamabad High Court again to obtain bail.
The three-member bench of the Supreme Court today ordered the release of former prime minister Imran Khan by declaring his arrest unlawful at Islamabad High Court.
