ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court will take up for hearing a petition of the PTI on Tuesday about PTI chairman Imran Khan.
In the petition, PTI has demanded A-Class facilities for former Prime Minister Imran Khan in Jail and his transfer to Adiala Jail from Attock Prisons.
The lawyer of PTI filed the petition in the Islamabad High Court on Monday.

The IHC has issued a cause-list on Monday. It shows the court will take up for hearing the PTI’s petition on Tuesday.
Earlier, PTI filed a petition in Islamabad High Court, seeking the transfer of the party’s chairman from Attock Jail to Adiala Jail. PTI also sought A-Class facilities for Imran Khan in jail being former prime minister of Pakistan.
In the petition, PTI chairman’s lawyer, Naeem Hyder Punjotha requested the court to provide ‘A’ class facilities to the former prime minister in jail.
The petitioner also asked for permission for the PTI’s legal team members to meet with the party’s chairman in prison.
The counsel urged the high court to allow the PTI chairman’s personal doctor, family members, and senior party leaders to meet him.
Punjotha stated that the jail superintendent contacted him to get the signature of the PTI chairman at 12:00 noon.
“I informed him that your delay in the meeting would cause a delay in our petition to challenge the order.”
“The jail official advised me to visit at 12:00 as the PTI chief would be awake at that time,” the lawyer revealed.
“We plan to visit Attock Jail at 12:00 noon to meet the party’s chairman,” he added.
After his arrest in the Toshakhana case on Saturday, police transferred Imran Khan to Attock Jail.
Following his conviction of “corrupt practices” in the Toshakhana case, the police arrested former prime minister from his residence in Zaman Park, Lahore.
A district and sessions Judge Humayun Dilawar sentenced Imran Khan to three years in prison after declaring him guilty of corruption.
