Investigations have discovered that Farhat Shehzadi, also known as Farah Gogi and a close friend of former first lady Bushra Bibi, possesses a clandestine passport from an undisclosed country named Vanuatu. This revelation exposes another tactic employed by Farah Gogi to conceal her unlawfully acquired wealth.
It was disclosed during the investigations that Farah acquired a covert passport for money laundering in a country called Vanuatu, undertaking numerous foreign trips to conceal her wealth in various nations. Additionally, the son of a real estate mogul was assigned the task of acquiring an undercover international passport, with the property tycoon offering a businessman $130,000 for the passport.
Further investigation revealed that on March 28, 2022, Farah’s secret passport was handed over to Bushra Bibi, the former first lady and wife of former Prime Minister Imran Khan. Just six days prior to the toppling of Imran Khan’s government, Farah Gogi fled to Dubai.
Upon reaching Dubai, all subsequent travels were conducted using this secret passport to avoid detection by investigative agencies. To secrete her unlawfully acquired wealth abroad, she made covert trips using this passport and maintained bank accounts through it.
Recently, it was confirmed that the spokesperson was the possessor of assets worth Rs14.5 billion. In the three years under Imran’s administration, Farah’s wealth escalated by Rs4.5 billion.
Former Opposition Leader Raja Riaz Alleges Imran Khan’s Potential Recognition Of Israel
Meanwhile, in Lahore on Sunday, former opposition leader Raja Riaz asserted that if Imran Khan were in power, he would have recognized Israel.
Expressing relief over the conclusion of Khan’s government, Riaz predicted a sweeping victory for the Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) in Punjab during the upcoming elections.
He emphasized that the PMLN has limited capacity to accommodate individuals from other parties and emphasized the party’s independence from forming alliances.
Despite this, Riaz mentioned ongoing efforts for seat adjustments in the province. Doubting the Istehkam-e-Pakistan party’s potential impact in Punjab, he clarified its lack of alliance with the PMLN.
Raja Riaz, formerly associated with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, joined the PMLN in September 2023, shortly after the dissolution of the Pakistan Democratic Movement government. Overall, Raja Riaz suggests Imran Khan, in power, might have leaned towards the recognition of Israel, expressing relief at Khan’s government’s end.
