The Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) in Pakistan has released the results of the written component of the Central Superior Services (CSS) Competitive Examination-2023.

CSS Passing Ratio: The CSS exam had a total of 13,008 candidates appearing, and only 398 candidates successfully passed, representing a 3.06% pass rate.
Total Number of Applicants: A total of 28,024 candidates applied for the CSS exam.
Further Assessment: Successful candidates who cleared the written examination will receive notifications about the schedule for medical examinations, psychological assessments, and viva voce interviews at a later date.
Rejected Candidates: The results for rejected candidates will withheld in accordance with Rule 16(6) of the CSS Competitive Examination Rules, 2019.

Special CSS Competitive Examination 2023 (MPT): In addition to the regular CSS exam, the FPSC has introduced a Special CSS Competitive Examination (MPT). Also, the written exam for this special CSS exam is scheduled to take place from October 12, 2023, to October 20, 2023. Also, candidates must pass a screening test based on Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) to be eligible to sit for this special exam.
