TikToker Imsha Rehman Breaks Silence on her Fake Video Scandal

Social media influencer Imsha Rehman, known for her engaging content on TikTok, has finally addressed the fake video scandal that disrupted her personal and online life last November.

In an interview, Imsha—who has amassed over 200,000 followers—spoke about the devastating impact of the incident on her well-being.

“I saw the video on the internet, and after that, it destroyed my whole life,” she revealed.

Psychological Toll and Public Scrutiny

Rehman shared how the scandal has forced her into isolation.

“I can’t go to university. I can’t face people. I have been receiving a lot of death threats,” she said.

She also condemned the irresponsible use of social media, emphasizing how people often overlook the real-world consequences of spreading false content.

“People think it’s cool to make and share videos of others without their consent, but they forget how it affects the person targeted.”

Choosing Legal Action Over Public Debate

Despite the intense public pressure to respond immediately, Rehman opted to pursue legal action rather than engage in online disputes.

“I could have responded to the scandal, but I wanted to take legal action against them,” she stated.

FIA Cracks Down on the Culprit

Rehman expressed confidence in the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), confirming that authorities had arrested the perpetrator.

“Our FIA is capable of much more. They have already arrested the culprit, and he is behind bars,” she said, urging other victims to seek justice.

She further encouraged individuals facing similar cyber harassment to speak up.

“The FIA officials have made it clear—victims should not stay silent. Taking legal action ensures that such criminals face the punishment they deserve.”
