Private School Principal Arrested for Allegedly Abusing Female Teachers

Sheikhupura: A private school principal in Sheikhupura was arrested on Sunday after allegations surfaced that he had sexually abused female teachers and students. The arrest followed the viral circulation of videos on social media, in which the principal is accused of filming the abuse using hidden cameras and selling the footage abroad.

After the videos spread widely online, the B Division police in Sheikhupura conducted a raid at the school, which was located in a rented building on Mirza Warkan Road. In response to the incident, the landlord has vacated the premises, and the local community has expressed shock and anger over the situation.

Authorities have expanded their investigation and formed teams to reach out to the affected women to collect further evidence and provide support during the process.

The first information report (FIR) reveals that CCTV footage showing the suspect engaging in inappropriate activities with unidentified women circulated on social media and various WhatsApp groups. The suspect can be seen in the leaked videos filmed in the school’s office.

The FIR includes charges under several sections of the Pakistan Penal Code, including sections 509 (sexual harassment or insulting modesty), 292 (distribution of obscene materials), 293 (selling obscene objects to minors), 294 (maintaining a lottery office), and 354 (assault or criminal force to outraged modesty). The complaint also cites sections 21 (cyber stalking) and 22 (spamming) of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016.
