Court rejects ECP’s plea for early hearing of Toshakhana case against Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: A local court in Islamabad today rejected the plea of the Election Commission of Pakistan relating to early hearing of the Toshakhana case against Imran Khan.

District and Sessions Judge Zafar Iqbal rejected the plea.

Earlier, the ECP filed a plea in the local court, asking the court for early hearing of the Toshakhana case.

The court also summoned Imran Khan for appearance in this case, but former prime minister did not show up in the court on Tuesday.
