Accounts Freeze
On Monday, the Federal Investigation Agency Lahore froze all bank accounts of Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, his son Moonis Elahi, and their family.
Sources reveal that over 100 personal and company accounts were frozen, alleging that they stored funds acquired through corruption and money laundering.

Furthermore, the FIA has decided to issue red warrants for Moonis Elahi’s arrest through Interpol. The investigative agency plans to declare Elahi a proclaimed offender following the issuance of arrest warrants by a court.
Earlier today, an accountability court in Lahore declared Elahi a proclaimed offender in a corruption case related to receiving kickbacks in development projects.
Judge Naseem Ahmed Virk issued the order based on a request by the National Accountability Bureau, stating that Moonis had not cooperated with the investigation despite repeated calls. Court Issues Arrest Warrants for Imran Khan in Toshakhana and £190 Million Matters

On Monday, an accountability court in Islamabad approved the issuance of arrest warrants for PTI Chief Imran Khan in the Toshakhana case and the £190 million case. Judge Mohammad Bashir, overseeing the hearing, granted approval following an application by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) seeking Khan’s arrest.
Judge Bashir directed the jail superintendent to take necessary measures for the compliance of the warrants. Sources indicated that NAB intends to promptly arrest Khan, with a team, including investigation officers, heading to Adiala jail to ensure compliance with the warrants.
