Hashmi visited the lower house at the invitation of MNA Romina Khursheed Alam. She gained widespread recognition for portraying Rubab in the drama serial Leader.
The actor posted a video showing her arrival at the National Assembly. Moreover, the footage captured her touring the building and viewing an artefact display alongside MNA Romina.

Hashmi also shared photographs with Information and Broadcasting Minister Attaullah Tarar. She described the meeting as an opportunity for meaningful discussions on important national issues.

Earlier in July, MNA Jamal Raisani praised Hashmi’s performance in Leader. Additionally, he described her portrayal of Rubab as outstanding and applauded her acting skills.
