Katy Perry will headline Atlantis, The Palm’s New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner on December 31. She will introduce her biggest hits to Dubai for the countdown to 2027.
According to Gulf News, the Grammy-nominated singer will perform outdoors under the stars during the high-profile celebration. Her set is expected to feature popular songs including Firework, Roar, Dark Horse and Last Friday Night. The evening will conclude with a midnight fireworks display across the Dubai skyline, stretching from Atlantis, The Palm to Atlantis The Royal.
Global Star to Lead New Year Celebration
Perry has accumulated 115 billion streams worldwide and sold more than 70 million adjusted albums and 143 million tracks.
She is also the first artist in RIAA history to earn three Diamond-certified singles with Firework, Dark Horse and Roar.
Kym Barter, Managing Director of Atlantis Dubai, said Perry’s appearance continues the resort’s tradition of featuring major international artists during New Year’s Eve celebrations.
The black-tie gala will begin at 6pm with canapés, welcome drinks and live entertainment. Guests will then move to the outdoor gala setting, where a 30-piece live band will perform throughout the evening.
Gala Packages Start at Dh6,500
Meanwhile, premium seating will start at Dh8,500 for guests aged 14 and above. Children aged four to 13 can attend from Dh6,500. Rouge Circle seating closer to the stage will cost from Dh10,500 for adults and Dh7,500 for children. Golden Circle packages will start at Dh14,500 for adults. These packages include premium Champagne, caviar and upgraded wines and spirits.
For guests seeking private accommodation, VIP Sky Suites will start at Dh250,000 for up to 10 guests. The Celestial Suite will cost from Dh400,000 for up to 10 guests. The gala will take place on December 31, 2026, at Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai, as guests welcome the arrival of 2027.
