Celtics Star Earns All-NBA Second Team Recognition
Jaylen Brown has been named to the All-NBA Second Team for the 2025-26 season.
The Boston Celtics forward delivered an outstanding campaign and helped the team secure a remarkable 56-game winning streak.
It marks the second All-NBA Second Team selection of Brown’s career.
Brown Falls Short of First-Team Spot Despite Stellar Numbers
Brown averaged 28.7 points, 6.9 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game this season.
He narrowly missed his first-ever All-NBA First Team selection after finishing sixth in overall voting.
Brown received 44 First Team votes, 54 Second Team votes, and two Third Team votes.
The All-NBA voting panel included 100 media members.
The First Team award recognizes the league’s top five performers in a season regardless of position.

Speaking during a Twitch livestream, Brown shared an unfiltered response to the voting results.
He said he was surprised to receive recognition because of his outspoken personality and public comments.
Brown also expressed gratitude for the honor and said he was not shocked by the outcome.
Other players named to the All-NBA Second Team included Jalen Brunson, Kevin Durant, Donovan Mitchell, and Kawhi Leonard.
